The best meal of my life. I went for the course meal with wine pairing and didn't regret it. The staff were all so passionate about their jobs and had a story for each course. Every bite was well thought out and lovingly made....From clover, to fir, cheese water (cheese with no protein but all of the taste), char, venison, pulled pork and so much more. Sourced from almost exclusively local producers, this meal satisfied and surprised me. The bread was so lovely, with a crunchy exterior and perfectly soft inside. Erinnerungen waren eine angenehme und einzigartige Überraschung in einem Resort, das so viel zu wünschen übrig ließ. der Koch und sein Personal waren da, so dass der Service personalisiert und jedes kleine Biss ein kleines Stück Himmel. Es war eine Erinnerung. dass wir in unseren Herzen bleiben!

super professional! new insperations. eating intersected with super presentation. the taste is sure that many guests are great. for me it was in a dish too many aromen. overall beautiful evening, great service and the non-alcoholic choice absolutely perfect.

Modern, casual, relaxed. Top staff. Extremely friendly with excellent specialist knowledge. Food and drinks very good, but with room for improvement. Unfortunately for us it falls into the lower 3 star segment. Prices, however, are quite fair.
