We preferred not to take dessert given the service, of very poor quality. To finish fortunately that the manager was there to remind the waitress that she had forgotten the carambars by giving us the check. It would almost have made us forget this bad experience... or not.
Disappointed! I knew the franchise in the south but then there in Besançon really negative experience. Staff slow and unskilled yet we were a noon and there were 3 tables to serve... eatable meal prepared in the opposite way in 3 min top time... we are really not feeling comfortable... dirty glasses and floor that stuck without the room... we had the time to eat that our dishes and excessive prices for the proposed quality... in short we will never return!

It's been 3 times that I've been going to different time schedules, there's always something lacking on the map, never beef, salads, cooks put what they want no respect from the customer, never see the manager, it's from the big anything, no wonder that the restaurant is always empty, it would be time to ask the right questions, before it was top we'll never go back too disappointed
An efficient and friendly team with small care. We were placed immediately and the command and service was very fast and with the smile. Super nice frame and decoration, it makes you want to go to the States! Quality of hamburgers and presentation of dishes to the top. The potatoes are also of quality. The price is in keeping with the meal. Everything was perfect. We recommend.
