Pretty bad experience. Went in today a little after 4:30pm. I don’t expect things to be super clean it’s a busy place, but the place was absolutely trashed and disgusting. There was frozen yogurt on the floor and being tracked everywhere and the entire floor was sticky. Toppings were running out the two girls working there were just sitting down and talking the entire time, just talking and eating and on their phones instead of cleaning up. Dirty tables, crumbs and trash on chairs and the floor. We ate there until 5 and by the time we left they still made no attempt to clean anything or stock the nearly empty toppings.Like I said nothings perfect but to see the employees not caring about the...
Menchies is a lot of fun, though it can be a bit expensive for what you get. The best part is definitely the ability to choose multiple flavors and toppings, something you can't do with a regular tub of ice cream. I tried the original tart, cheesecake, natural vanilla, and coconut flavors, and they were all fantastic! I also enjoyed the strawberry popping boba. We visited around sunset in May, and we were the only ones in the store. They still offer sample cups from behind the counter and will give them to you one at a time, instead of having them out like they used to before COVID. My total was around $5.
I always enjoy coming to this Menchie’s and tonight we had an issue with not having enough money available on a card to pay for our order. There were clear signs posted that they were not taking cash. But they made an exception for us because we had exact change. Thank you for the accomodation and it was delicious as always. We’ll definitely be back.
I love animals, but I don't think it's appropriate to bring them into Menchies, especially when they are hovering over the toppings. Let's show a little respect! It's quite unpleasant. There should definitely be some rules about this!

Young fellow Jason was incredibly kind and helpful to me and my kids. He is a great employee, and I hope a manager recognizes his excellent service!
The girl working was so kind and friendly. I really enjoyed my Menchie's visit; for delicious frozen yogurt and for the great customer service.
Wouldn't take cash card only. Very expensive they charge .75 cents a ounce be careful if u go here as it adds up very quickly.
I am lactose intolerant and this is an ideal way for me to enjoy a frozen treat. Great variety of flavors and is quite clean

They closed an hour early and turned off the lights, locking the doors just as we arrived in the parking lot.
This is my second home! I haven't come across a flavor I dislike! My absolute favorite is Praline Pecan!
