The service was decent—not particularly warm, but also not unfriendly. Unfortunately, the tables and chairs often felt sticky and unclean. With a busy clientele that includes families with young children, I think the staff could do a better job of cleaning up promptly after guests leave. On the bright side, I'm delighted that they offer yogurt sweetened with monk fruit instead of Splenda, since I avoid both sugar and artificial sweeteners. While I would love to see a wider selection of flavors, I'm grateful that at least one option is available. It would be incredible if they could expand their offerings with more varieties sweetened with monk fruit or a blend with erythritol (definitely not...
This is a lovely yogurt shop that we visit frequently. They offer a wide variety of toppings and a fantastic selection of frozen yogurts—did I mention their toppings are amazing? The customer service has always been excellent, the space is not usually crowded, and it always appears to be quite clean. It's a great place for families, as they have games and a chalkboard to keep the kids entertained.
We had a disappointing experience at this yogurt shop because of the very rude woman working there. We chose to take our frozen yogurt experience elsewhere. Even my 5-year-old son was frightened by her and quietly said to me, "Mama, I want to go to a different yogurt place." This was around 2 PM today.
This place is generally good with their fruit, but occasionally they have some that isn't fresh. On Friday, April 22, 2022, the pineapple was quite bad. I recommend trying the fruit first during your next visit. However, the ice cream is consistently great!

Quality is terrible. They literally have canned peaches and canned pineapple chunks as a topping. Customer service sucks. No samples. I will stick to yogurtland and drive a little further.
The food is regularly well prepared and delightful, cashiers gives excellent service. I love how clean it is and character. Will visit here again.
Always consistent in quality with new tastes being introduced while keeping classics like my own favourite-Plain Tart—-always around.

I was there a good 7 minutes before closed time and I walked in and they didn't serve me I just wanted some cake batter
