I just had to write a quick review to highlight the amazing staff at this location! The girls who work here are incredibly sweet. While I’m not a big fan of this location because it has a limited selection compared to other Menchie's, and they often have two or more flavor machines out of service, I decided to give them a call while we were in the area picking up dinner. I wanted to check if they offered curbside pickup for frozen yogurt, and they do! The lovely girl who took our order over the phone was extremely kind and accommodating.
I am truly heartbroken that a car unfortunately crashed into your restaurant! My family and I are big fans of Menchies Frozen Yogurt, and this incident feels like a real blow, especially for my kids who look forward to our Saturday evenings there. Worst food I have ever experienced. Chili relleno wasnt a pepper stuffed with cheese or anything else. It was a pepper slice flat, breaded and fried. I've never had a chili relleno without cheese. Food was bland, like warm at best. Service was just as poor as the food.
Amazing fro-yo! I always get the vanilla snow and it pleases me every time. There are gluten free options and dairy free options as well as nut free choices! There are so many toppings to choose from. It’s very expensive, but I would still recommend this place.

Great froyo, and add ons. Odd visit place was shopped hard, employee was nowhere to be found once done ringing us up, about 10—15 mins Another customer asked why the lights were out, and was told they don't work every now and again.
I went to Menchie's yesterday and it was extremely busy. But the young employee behind the counter named Dayna was calm, collected and very professional. The store was very clean and the selection of flavors was abundant.
Terrible service horrendous management. And the quality and staff seem to be somewhere else besides on the job metaphorically speaking.
We loved our visit....especially the kindness of Jordyn… she is a real asset to your company!!!!
