Je souhaite partager mon avis sur le restaurant de l hôtel Mercure! Toujours un très bon accueil , avec des bons petits plats, cuisine plutôt bistrot qu’on adore! Une belle carte qui change régulièrement! J ai apprécié les suggestions pendant la perioade de fêtes de Noël ! Un grand merci à Julienne, qui nous reçoit toujours avec le sourire, beaucoup de professionnalisme et une vraie gentillesse. J’apprécie également la décoration, élégante et soignée, qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Continuez ainsi, c’est toujours un plaisir de venir !
La nourriture du restaurant est bonne. A part cela, en vrac : Un camp de Romanichels se répand sur le parking qui jouxte l'hôtel, obligeant les clients à se garer comme ils peuvent (c'est à dire mal) devant l'hôtel. la chambre, pas meilleure que celle d'un Ibis, est froide : le thermostat ne fonctionne pas. Mais c est super : on a sauvé la planète. service déplorable au restaurant, entre longue attente avant d etre placé, longue attente avant de passer commande et erreur dans la commande.
I have a few dinners at the Forbach Mercury Restaurant and I look for it, I have nothing to say. dishes are good, quality products. And I'm not hungry when I get out of the table. the team is very warm and attentive to the customers. with the beautiful days, I enjoy the very pleasant and flowery terrace. Successful renovation of the outside adds positive. a big bravo and a huge thank you to the team. You're all great!
the hotel and very good standing, the rooms are very comfortable and some with a small terrace. the hotel also offers conference rooms. for the catering part the dishes are arranged with taste and simplicity. for breakfasts are generous and of good composition. only flats the service is a bit long but I specify according to the servers. I'm valid.

restaurant, a very good surprise, prices are more than correct and it is very good! We have taken the buffet formula (entrance dessert glass of wine or coffee or tea water,) very attractive rate and a lot of choice (charcuterie, salads, soup, even two hot dishes!,) frankly very well!Smiling service.

Très bien situé pour un rendez-vous professionnel au centre-ville. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Mise à disposition d’un buffet pour le soir de bonne qualité et très appréciée.
