My main complaint is regarding the restaurant's reservation system/policy. My recommendation is for the restaurant to have three rooms; a bar, terrace (outside), and dining room. The reservation system needs to clearly indicate which room the booking is for. I made a reservation for my 40th birthday in the dining room, but the host insisted it was for the bar. This caused confusion and frustration, as I had confirmation of my reservation in the dining room. Absolutely fantastic restaurant! It has a stylish and classy ambiance, perfect for a date night or impressing family. It was great to see a diverse range of customers, from young to seniors, dining both with and without their families. The restaurant seems to have rooms available for small parties as well. The wait staff was attentive and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the French onion soup, which I haven't had in a while. My wife loved the salmon dish. All of the other dishes were top-notch as well. And to top it off, the drinks were superb.
A favorite of ours. Thought about the steak tartare and mussels all afternoon before dinner. Our waiter Jeff was great. Great choice of wine when I asked foi help. Cheese and Port to finish the evening. An early birthday dinner and found that I had celebrated my birthday there 10 years ago. It's still a great choice. The service and food at this restaurant were amazing! The atmosphere was excellent, with beautiful decor, delicious food, attentive staff, and a touch of sophistication. One of the best overall restaurants in St. Paul. A longtime staple that has held up throughout Covid and is still a fantastic choice for great French food and wine.
