Love Meritage! Went there for the 2nd time last night. Had a delicious red wine that was recommended from our server. We then had the **** Mary shooters- I could have had 10 more! Everyone’s entrees were delicious; I had the mussels which were so good.. the broth they are soaked in is amazing! We split profiteroles creme brûlée for dessert to end a perfect meal- thank you!
Hands down my favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. Always reliably outstanding food, great service and engaging wine list and I've been there dozens upon dozens of times over the last seven years. Can't miss items include Cassoulet in the winter, any of their duck dishes, and when they have it, frog legs, and lobster Thermidor.
One of the best overall restaurants in St. Paul. A longtime staple that has held up throughout Covid and is still a fantastic choice for great French food and wine. Great place to eat a wonderful meal and meet the owner chef at the end. The service was 3xcellent too and attention is paid to many details for a great dinner experience.
No longer live in St. Paul, so was delighted to find that Meritage has expanded. Nice zinc bar and lovely outdoor. Nice additions to an already very good restaurant.
