They encompass more than they can offer. Last Saturday we booked to have dinner on the terrace and after more than an hour of waiting we had to leave without having dinner. Apparently inside they had a birthday party with 25 diners and the terrace was full and they were not able to serve as many people as they should. Therein lies the mistake, it is better to take fewer people and serve them well instead of covering more than they will be able to serve. Another option would be to hire more staff in the kitchen and waiters, but that is going to be asking a lot of them. It's the second time it's happened to me and it doesn't happen to me anymore
