My wife reached out to the restaurant to arrange a birthday gift for my sister, dinner at her favorite spot, Mesquite Chop House. Mark, the manager, was professional and helpful throughout the experience. Despite my sister needing to change her reservation due to bad weather, Mark was accommodating. My sister and her husband had a wonderful meal and I was impressed with the service and attention to detail. It was refreshing to see that there are still people who value personal interactions in business transactions. Years ago when we visited this was a very distinctive establishment. Our recent visit was very disappointing. The service was rather inattentive, wine glasses were filthy, and I was served a steak that was grey in color. The food tasted good enough, but it resulted in horrible diarrhea for the next 24 hours. We remembered this place very upscale, quiet and classy. But ended up paying $150+ for dinner with filthy conditions, loud 80’s rock, and food poisoning.
A work in progress and overall it's really 3.5 stars at the moment. The chef needs better training (on how to cook) as do the servers acting on the floor and at tables. As has been mentioned previously, things aren't quite working properly at the moment so the new owner has much to do. To charge these prices for a piece of incorrectly cooked steak, they need to visit somewhere like Ruth's Chris! Footnote maybe the grill needs replacing?
Didn?t have reservations so they sat us at the bar?very close to another couple when the whole bar was empty. Poor seating etiquette. But that?s my only complaint. Everything else was awesome. Staff was very nice. Our bartender James was awesome! He recommended great drinks and was efficient. Food was perfect. And the whole experience was a vibe?minus being inches away from strangers when the whole bar was empty?

Great place to eat. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our salad was so fresh. I had the lobster mac and my husband had the bake potato and both were very good. They are following covid protocol and the service was wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience. You could tell the chefs and the servers cared. I will definitely be back soon. Keep up the good work.
Small and intimate but still well lit enough for a business dinner. They have light music playing 90s indi pop which was nice. Staff are well put together. Bathrooms are always a reflection of an establishments cleanliness and this steakhouse had a clean bathroom. The drinks were top shelf amd well priced. The drinks were made perfectly and very yummy.
Upon arriving, we were informed that the service might be slow. Nevertheless, the restaurant was stunning and the food was excellent. I would have rated it higher if our waiter had been more attentive. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try.
Great atmosphere! Great food! This is not a quick stop. They take good care of you but they dont want to hurry you out. Service was slow but once we settled in it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and i will be coming back!

Amazing!!! The wedge salad was fantastic and the steak was seasoned perfectly. The two cocktails (BB Queen and Strawberry Mojito) were refreshing. Excellent experience!!
Nice quiet little place with a good menu selection. Israel took good care of us and was very friendly. Definitely will be back
