I ordered delivery from this restaurant and waited 1.5 hours for my food to arrive. Unfortunately, the starters were served cold and the main dish was only lukewarm. I called to let the staff know about the issue and they assured me they would make sure the quality is better next time. While I do enjoy the food and appreciate the reliable delivery service and friendly driver, I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. Although the food is consistently good, I was disappointed that it arrived cold and no steps were taken to fix the issue.
Fantastic restaurant, excellent service, perfect food! Having only tried a Naga curry once before (somewhere else), I thought I 'd give this one a go, and I was NOT disappointed! Too many 'Hot ' curries just set out to burn without any flavour, this isn 't one of them, The 'Naga Mirchi Bhuna ' was full of flavour, satisfying my taste buds before the heat crept up, which obviously it did! They are very hot chilies, but again, it tastes fantastic The missus had the Shashlik, which we both enjoyed!
I stopped by for a late meal on my way home. I must say that I have visited this restaurant numerous times and it never disappoints. There is a wide range of choices and the staff are always helpful in guiding you to the perfect dish. They are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I always feel like a valued customer when I leave here. Overall, the service is great and I had a lovely dinner experience.
The food at this restaurant was incredible, with a delicious and tasteful menu. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was lovely. I will definitely be recommending this place to others.
