Metro Balderas - Tisch reservieren

As soon as I saw this restaurant I knew I had to try it. I don't see a lot of Mexico City style food joints. I was raised in Mexico City so I know authentic food. I went in there without high expectations and I had to get the Pambazo, a D.F dish. Oh my gawd I was impressed! Sooo delicious . The chicken Tinga and their rice also amazing. They really know Mexico City cooking. Love it! I will be going back for more. I didn't take a picture of the food but I will next time.

Very disappointed this time. They have good Gordita's here but these last few times have not been good. Usually they are crunchy like they just have been made. Since you do wait 20 min for hand made gorditas definitely worth it. This time and last time was very soggy and oily. Almost like they have been warmed up in the microwave. I wouldn't mind if they didn't make me wait 20 min for fresh gorditas.

Big little hole in the wall, great Tacos Burritos and a whole piece of good food. Doesn't look like much, but it's Tastu
