Decent food, but strange service as if waiters are not properly monitored or trained resulting in rather rude service; no offers of condiments, plates of food being handed directly to us and not placed on the table, misunderstanding with our order etc all followed by the £6o+ bill with 10% service charge included automatically.
Staff are friendly and accommodating. Arrived a half an hour early expecting to just sit at the bar and wait (which would have been absolutely fine) but the staff were more than happy to get our table ready and only waited five minutes. Food was perfect and atmosphere was 10/10.
We were on a “Wee Whisky Walk” that ended here and decided to reserve dinner and finish our evening at the restaurant. So glad we did! The service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!
