Currently in the next Mexican restaurant past the tax office after leaving before my food arrived at this place. The staff was so rude for me at mi casa that I was nuinly annoyed and embarrassing when leaving. I literally never write bad reviews. I really feel when it's not a positive review, keep my mouth shut. But this place is insanely disrespectful and her staff has brought me to the point where I will never be again. I don't want to share details, but I'll say that. Go to El charro instead. And to give Casa, how dare you. Also the restaurant is dirty with bugs and it smells like waste water inside. Wonderful outdoor patio very well thought out. The chips were delicate and crisp. The fried burrito was very flaky and crunchy. About 1/2 inch of each of the ends of the burrito was void of any chicken, the chicken that was inside the burrito was very moist. The ingredients of the guacamole were very fresh as well as the lettuce and tomato. We were there at about 9pm on a Saturday eve with 4 other people. The waiter kept forgetting about us and it took us a while to get the check as well as to get any drink refills. Very nice, but not attenttive.
Good quality is fine and was made quickly. The service was really bad. I had explain my order multiple times and they still got wrong. Then I had to track someone down to get a to go box. Not terrible but I find the service at all the other local places to be better. More friendly places too
Terrible service and management at this restaurant! The food was average. My beer was warm, which is unacceptable. Both our server and the management refused to adjust our bill or even replace the warm beer with a cold one. I will never go back to this place again! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The eggs were not properly cooked. At first they gave me agitator, I asked for fried. Then the fried eggs were boiled hard. I asked for half water, half sweet tea and got a cup of water and a glass of unsweetened tea.

Service was nice, seating felt appropriately spaced. Ordered a beef quesadilla, was surprised by its presentation. Spouse enjoyed his carne asada.
