DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This place is awful! If I could give zero stars, I would! It's the worst restaurant I've ever been to, and it's really disappointing because I'm from Ecuador, but I would never return. The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was disgusting. They misrepresented what was included in our orders and then served us seafood that was spoiled. It not only smelled terrible but also tasted even worse. When we brought this to their attention, they hardly acknowledged us, offered no apology, and still charged us full price, along with the automatic tip included in the bill. They should be ashamed of themselves. I left the restaurant feeling nauseous, hoping I don't get sick...
I absolutely loved this restaurant! It was my first experience with Ecuadorian cuisine, and I was eager to try something authentic. The waitress was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the various options. My husband, whose father is from Ecuador and has enjoyed homemade Ecuadorian dishes, ordered the goat stew, while I went for the breaded fish filet. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this place!
Great place to eat! The service was outstanding; as soon as we walked in, we were greeted and invited to choose our own seats. The appetizer arrived before the main course and was served hot. Our main dishes were fantastic, allowing us to try things we had never tasted before. I highly recommend the Sango de Camarón and the Bolón Mixto!
The service was awful! The waitress had an attitude right from the start. I ordered two bolones, which were fine. The Ecuadorian food here is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The menu features a wide range of authentic dishes, and they offer specials on weekends. I would definitely come back!
