I was extremely disappointed tonight at this Mi Pueblo that my daughter and I frequent. We walked in at 9 pm after finishing up school shopping. They were set to close at 9:30, but when we came in no one said anything about it being too late or that our experience would be mediocre due to the time. They sat us and our server took our order. When she brought me a refill of Sierra Mist, I drank some and realized it was water. Easy mistake, so I told her when she came back she accidentally brought me water but I was drinking Sierra Mist. She rudely told me it wasn’t a mistake, she had cleaned all the soda fountains so there were no refills (It wasn’t even 9:30 pm closing time yet. We were done...
Our family loves this place! We go on Sundays after church and take our 3 kids. Today was an off day for us. Two of us didn’t order anything. We ordered chicken fajitas, two kids meals, and a small bowl Of queso. Our bill was still over $50! I inquired when we paid, to which they told us they had a price increase. The kids meals are now $9.50 and our bowl of queso was $8.00. Prices are increasing everywhere, and completely understandable, however, to almost double the prices and not tell customers or have menus printed yet with the price change is nuts. What I ordered vs what I got. I ordered the Fajita nachos with chicken. What I got was this mess. There was only two pieces of chicken and a ton of lettuce and sour cream. Ingredients that aren’t even listed in this dish. And I don’t even understand the salsa. Wasted my time, my money, and my food. To add insult to injury no one answered the phone when I tried calling. Never again, smh….
The waitress was very nice, efficient and friendly. The tres leche dessert was completely dry and for decoration the add to much chocolate. We ask to talk to the manager and he didn 't like the feedback when we talk to him. He didn 't leave with the best attitude. Guacamole was very, very spicy, fish tacos were good and tasty and spicy. This is the place to go for good food clean establishment great staff, If you have alot of people going with you here is the place plenty of room for all of you! The help is great they are there to help with anything you need and fast friendly can't say enough about this place! Try it you will enjoyed it I'm sure we always do! We will be back for sure!
Business travel. Was just me. Read reviews about the “on request only” hot salsa. That got me in the door. Wow was it good. Had the small quac and the street taco trio. Both portions were huge compared to what I am used to. Very tasty. Service was perfect! Great place!
Excellent taste, great service and great ambiance! Those who love Indian food, you should definitely try ‘Patel’ Nachos (not on menu but can be ordered). Overall awesome experience. Definitely recommended!
