What a pleasure to eat here. The food: simple and excellent. Between us we had beet and cauliflower soup, the salad plate (which was a required part of the meal) comprised of lettuce with a beautiful dressing, courgettes mushroom and leek vegetables, rice with a oh so good curry sauce, salmon, and topped off with a sweet red wine and later coffee and pannacotta with a strawberry sauce. Did I say simple and excellent? Exactly. But making it all the better was Damien, totally excited about cooking and sharing it with friends and new friends alike. Original and tasty lunch, fresh produce prepared by Damien. Damien is very friendly and welcoming, we will go back next time in Bagnères-de-bigorre. definitely worth discovering.

Excellent vegetarian lunch, from someone who not normally that way inclined. I went with three friends and we all enjoyed the meal immensely, the wine was also of a high quality.
