We ended up eating here twice during our 1 night stay in San Andreas, first off we popped in after walking most the day for a late lunch. Sitting at the pavement side tables there’s a bit of a view over roof tops out to sea and some parasols to keep off the sun. Service at the table was good and the guy waiting on our table just understood enough English for us to manage to communicate, with the aid of a friendly local too. We both chose the set menu for the day which was veg soup, although mine seemed to have chicken in it, along with bread and then fried chicken breast with potatoes and a small tomato salad. All the items were good and tasty and the chicken was more than plentiful, washed...
Un lugar que no debes perderte si vas buscando la esencia auténtica de la isla, donde se juntan los lugareños a tomar su cerveza o a comer. El actual dueño (Hector) es un joven con muy buen trato, que te hace sentir relajado. El resto es dejarte llevar al ritmo de la isla, comer lo que hayan pescado ese día, o si llegas tarde y no hay pescado te ofrecerá lo que tenga o te recomendará un sitio para ir a comer lo que vayas buscando. En fin, un 10 para este lugar, al que sin duda volveremos en cuanto podamos. Elsa y David
Excellent place to eat. Only Spanish spoken. The owner looks a bit gruff but very nice and friendly. The food is simple plentiful and great. There is a terrace where you can see the village below and the beautiful sea. There is a menu but it seems to be there only for show as we asked for items from it but were told they didn't have any. We were offered pork which was simply amazing.
Un sitio autentico en San Andrés,nos sentamos en la terracita y vino el camarero derrochando simpatía. Comimos muy bien comida tipica de la isla,salimos con la barriga llena y gastando poco. De postre nos regalo platanos muy ricos. Para volver Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Stopped here for lunch had the menu of the day for €9 amazing soup and mixed fish with Canarian potatoes the food was excellent highly recommend. The village as well is worth a look around.
