I been ordering from EHT location for long time and at least 3 times in a month. Food is always good and very friendly delivery service but I'm giving 2 stars because they delivered wrong order last couple of times, when I called about my wrong order lady who answered had very nasty attitude. (I orderd spaghetti with meat balls and wings sauce on side,but i got angel hair and sauce all over my wings)she said I don't know the difference between spaghetti and angel hair, She offered me $5 off next order but when I try to use it they said nothing is available.
I hadn't eaten at Michelle in a while, so I decided to call in for a delivery order. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The small Margherita pizza was dry, the crust was hard, and it didn't have any garlic on it. We also ordered an Italian sub with light oil on the roll. While the sub looked good, it was light on the meat, heavy on the salad, and the roll was also dry. Overall, I was definitely let down. I would also like to inquire about the meat in the second picture; is it a standard meat used in an Italian sub?
Can't give them even 1 star!!! Sat there while they made my stomboli cheesesteak and tenders... They put my tenders and cheesesteak over by the register while I waited another 15 minutes for my stromboli to get done... Needless to say the cheesesteak and tenders are now cold.... The stromboli was doughy and undercooked.... This used to be my go to place.... Looks and seems like they are closing down... Plus the meat they are using is awful!!!!! Well I can't post w/o a star so I gotta give 1 when they deserve none!!!!!
I wasn’t too impressed when I first tried the food, but the leftovers somehow tasted better. Overall, the pizza was lacking in flavor, and even though the bread was fresh, it was quite tough. I would have rated it 2 stars, but one of the staff in the back noticed that some items weren’t fresh and offered me the chance to change my order. Now that I think about it, I should have checked to see if the item I replaced cost less than my original order, as I might have overpaid. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Usually I have a good experience. Today is not one of them. I waited over an hour for my food to be delivered. And after I brought the food in, I find out that they sent me the the wrong pizza. I called them and it took another 45 minutes to get the correct pizza and it was cold, which tells me it was sitting. This should've been a priority. They messed up and I paid for it. Thanks. I think I will be changing my pizza parlor.
Update: Food still tastes great! Best pizza around! Found this little place when I moved here about a year ago and was blown aways by how good the food was and how reasonable the prices. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat
I really enjoy the food, but I wish they didn't close at 8 PM. I miss their old hours. This place is usually my go-to, but closing so early is disappointing.
