I'm not sure why there is such inconsistency among Michel's Patisserie outlets. Could it be the training or the quality of the milk, as I've mentioned in previous reviews? I suspect it's a combination of both, as I've noticed a wide range of milk quality at different locations. The sausage roll was delicious, but the coffee was quite average. The restaurant is located in a bustling area with other shops and eateries, but there was a strong smell of fried food in the air, which was not pleasant. Surprisingly, there was also a very poor mobile phone connection, making it difficult for me to work for the short amount of time I had planned.
