I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was some of the worst I've had in a long time. Despite there being very few customers, we waited almost 45 minutes for our meals. When they finally arrived, the fries were ice cold and felt cool to the touch, while my hot chicken sandwich was served at room temperature. It seemed that the entire order was prepared at once and left to sit while they made the shepherd's pie. I even asked for hot fries, but they never came. I ended up only eating half of my sandwich. Came to pick up food one day, found no one in this place, just wondering around like idiot looking for live person to talk to. Update: while I was waiting for my order I gave this place 3 stars for ?meh? service. But after I got my order and hit thehighway, I got a phone call from the lady who said that she mixed up my order and to come back. While a thought popped up in mymind that how one can mix orders when there are 0 customers in this establishment on Sunday afternoon, she said never mind, ?youare all set?. I would not go back anyway. I got to my destination and changed rating to 1 star ??.
I often come to this hotel for job training and used to recall that the food was excellent. However, I've run into problems on two occasions now. The last time, I ordered chicken tenders and asked for the sauce on the side, but when I got back to my room, I discovered that the sauce had leaked all over the bag. They also forgot to include a fork, making quite a mess. During my most recent visit, I ordered a cheeseburger and was simply asked if American cheese was acceptable. Unfortunately, they didn't put any cheese on it at all. From now on, I think I'll be going elsewhere for my meals.
Tonight, lousy. Don't order the Broiled Haddock, it tasted like it was boiled, no taste. Rice undercooked, bland and cold. Seasonal veggies, half overcooked the other half undercooked. Nothing seasoned properly.The House Taco's were okay.Steamed mussels were nothing to write home about. Poorly executed.

We had an early dinner here on our drive home. My Monterey Chicken was very good and my husband loved his meatloaf dinner. Service was great as well! The pub is connected to a Hampton Inn which I am sure is convenient for those staying at the hotel.
The food is delightful, and the atmosphere has a cozy pub vibe. I can't forget to mention the manager, Bri, and the bartender, Charbel—they're both incredible! Their hospitality makes me want to return time and time again!
If you choose to go to this location I recommend you dont go to the bar. Sat patiently for 10 minutes watching the bartender walk past me 15 times. Never said hello or offered me a drink! Terrible customer
This bar offers excellent food and a friendly atmosphere, making it a great option for hotel guests. Just be aware that it can get very crowded on St. Patrick's Day, so plan accordingly.

Food was good, fresh, hot and very prompt. Wasn't a very busy night but still came quick in my opinion. Hayden was great as a server, enjoyed his company and he tolerated my clowning.
I had a wonderful experience with really friendly staff, and the food was excellent.
