Our experience was quite frustrating due to multiple issues we encountered. First, their system mistakenly sent our order to an outdated address, despite our correct address being listed on the Grubhub profile. Additionally, the order was incorrect, as a large cheese pizza we had ordered was missing. When my partner called to resolve the issue, the owner blamed Grubhub and abruptly hung up on her. This level of customer service is totally unacceptable. It may be easy to pass the blame, but it was ultimately your choice to end the call in such a rude manner. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
We used to order from Middle Town Pizza and Grill frequently, but the quality of their food has declined since last year. When my pregnant wife called to express her concerns about her online order, she was met with rudeness and told she would have to pay for a new salad, despite not having made a mistake. I followed up with a call, and the cashier informed me that the person who yelled at my wife was the owner's brother, who is known to be rude to customers. Clearly, we won't be going back.
When their system showed an old address of ours and delivers it there despite the fact that our current address is on the grub hub profile. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. You can throw GrubHub under the busif you like, but hanging up on her rudely was your choice, sir. We will not be ordering from here again
We used to order here all the time but the quality of their food has gone down since last year. Terrible experience! My daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with onion rings for an extra $4.50. Instead, we received six small, overcooked, and shriveled rings. When I called to address the problem, the manager responded with profanity and abruptly ended the call instead of handling the situation professionally. The rest of the food was also below average. We will definitely not be ordering from Middle Town Pizza And Grill again.
Yesterday, I ordered the worst pizza from Middle Town Pizza And Grill. I kindly asked for half pepperoni and half white pizza, but they gave me very little pepperoni. As a regular customer, this was very disappointing. I used to tell people they have the best pizza, but after this experience, I’m done ordering from them. Their menu no longer meets my expectations.
I had a quick delivery from Middle Town Pizza And Grill. The pizza was really cheesy, which I loved. I also ordered chicken wings, but I was disappointed to only get two 2-inch pieces of celery for my ten wings. I would have gladly paid extra for more celery if I had known. Overall, the quality was good.
The staff was friendly, but the Stromboli was disappointing in terms of flavor. The cheeses and sausage were quite bland. I don't plan on returning, as there are many better options to choose from.

The drink I ordered was missing, and the well-done wings I requested were undercooked. Additionally, the wing sauce was all over everything, and the French fries were cold.
Their phone service is consistently excellent! The food is delicious as well! Portion sizes are ideal, and the menu provides a great selection!
