The ice cream at this restaurant is really good, although it is a bit expensive. I ordered two small scoops of chocolate chip ice cream in a chocolate chip cone, which cost just under $7. It was tasty, but when I compared it to what I could have gotten at Rich's Farm in Oxford for the same price, I was disappointed. The prices here are quite high, so I recommend saving your money and going to Rich's Farm for a great ice cream at a better price. You won't be let down, and you won't feel like you paid too much for too little.
My sister, who is not vegan, tried the red velvet regular ice cream and enjoyed it. However, the vegan options only offer mix-in flavorings for the non-dairy vanilla ice cream, which had a gritty texture. The staff was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Personally, I did not care for the non-dairy ice cream. The non-dairy ice cream sandwiches were just okay, somewhat similar to a sugar-free vanilla Oreo sandwich. I would only recommend trying the regular options if you are not vegan.
Walking in I had no clue what I wanted, but the staff was very helpful in my questions about the menu. I ended up making a few alterations, and Kendra was both happy to help me decide and to add them in. Overall I’d say this is the most pleasant smoothie experience I’ve had. I’d come back but I live five hours away.
I just wanted to write and say how much I love this place! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely staff. They are patient and even will let you try samples of ice cream before purchasing. The rates are reasonable and the ice cream is the best in town! Highly recommend!

Staff is rude. No one wants to work anymore everyone has an attitude about everything lately. Been going here for years with my family but after today with my experience with the rude staff we will not be returning.
Middlebury Best has the best smoothies and ice cream in the area! I love going here all the time. Kendra is so nice and helpful with any questions you may have! The place feels so welcoming as soon as you walk in.
I come into Middleburys Best a few times a week and I absolutely love the smoothies. But unfortunately the girl with the long braid is so miserable it makes it not worth coming here
The service was horrible. The girl taking my order was absolutely miserable and i waited at least 20 minutes just for her to take the order. She was super rude.
