My husband and I came in and stood at the host stand. The lady there appeared to be counting tickets, so we waited in silence. Time went by and she moved to another task still behind the stand. She barely looked at us. After about five or so minutes, she says we have to go over there and pointed. We said , “over where ?” . She went to continue what she was doing. I again asked where she was talking about. She then said something to the one of the waitress and said, “she will help you.” The waitress was grabbing menus for someone else and said she’d be with us in a minute as she rushed away. My husband and I then decided to leave and said we weren’t staying where we weren’t appreciated at all...
The host and waitress were not the nicest. After communicating our order to the waitress 3 times she still did not explain it to the chef. The chef then got an actitudes with us because he didn't know what our order was. But then he cooked one of the best Hitachi meals we have had. He also engaged our kids and made it a very good experience for them.
I walked in at 9:03 and they wouldn’t serve me. The hostess said, “Sorry, last call is 9:00.” I was just trying to get some food after a long day traveling. Definitely will not be back.
Stopped by with a large group of coworkers. We had a blast, super large portions, sushi was on point. Fast service, attentive staff. Had an awesome time. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I'm a chauffer, and have taken groups of ppl here a few times. The service is excellent, and everyone has raved at how much they enjoyed it.
I ate here for the second time last weekend and although it wasn't the best place I have ever been to it was by far not the worse.
I have to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant The wait staff was the worse.
