Used to come to this venue and always found it to be nice, superior to the other venues in Lees. So much so previously booked the venue for a private function. Persuaded my family to go to Milan Bar for Sunday lunch. Sat down, table was half set. Noticed the table didn't look clean so wiped it with baby wipes...it was filthy. I appreciate things get missed but this was gross. Menu was as expected for the price. The starter the prawns were okay. The main was delicious...best roast I have had in a while. The dessert was again average, but to be honest given the price I wouldn't have any gripe about the food. Drinks were a little bizarrely priced...£3.50 for a pint of cordial and soda! However...
fantastic locality! we had the Christmas celebration of our sohne in the mailing bar and cannot make mistakes, the staff is very friendly and attentive; it's a pleasure to do with rick that couldn't do enough to help with arrangements both in the front and the day! fantastic dips and drinks, our guests were all very impressed! the employees in the mailing bar always go the extra mile to make sure everyone has the best day possible! would definitely recommend as a functional location and also for a night great cocktails and eating offers!
booked for a meal last Friday was not sure what to expect well let me be honest we had the pate to begin what was wonderful tasty and plentiful (we shared) we both ordered t bones steak cooked to perfection as we asked it was big I could just eat half and the house made chips were for the service don't have excellent and friendly and we enjoyed every minute and two free pounds
had a wonderful Sunday dinner in mailand the bark meat was perfect and came with a great selection of veg must be one of the best Sunday roast I had in one. I even put the diet on the stick and had the sticky toffee pudding that I must say was delicious and made to home. would definitely recommend to look forward to the bar menu soon. Thank you. We held my daughters 18th birthday party at the Milan bar on Friday.....I would highly recommend anyone to use this fantastic facility in our little village....bar staff, door men, chef and waitress all extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with....Richard is a top notch event organiser, nothing is too much trouble....well done Milan bar x
We were greeted immediately upon arrival. The food selection was excellent and tasted delicious. The wine pairing was perfect with the meal. The value for the price was outstanding. The staff appeared sincerely interested in our opinions of the food. Overall, we were impressed with everything from the food to the service. Well done!
Gorgeous as always. You cannot fault this place and will not get a better Sunday roast anywhere else local. We come here regularly and for most family special meals. The food is always amazing and the price is unbeatable. Great service as always too.

where else can you get a prise beer and a burger for £5 in november? great eating, great place. we come back to the steak next Wednesday!
