We came to Milano one night because it was open later than usual. We read the reviews and got excited about the pizza especially. We came around midnight, there was only one other couple there so it was quiet. The place hasn't changed much since a different era (70's?) and it looked like it hadn't really been cleaned lately. We thought it was funny that they had "Skotch" on their drink menu...Decor and spelling aside, we ordered a poutine to split while we waited for our pizzas. The house wine was not good. The poutine was great though - they shred their mozzarella so it melts pretty well. The pizza was disappointing. The onions were raw on the pizza, and the bacon was only partially cooked....
I'm sure this isn't the worse restaurant in Saint-Jerome but it is amongst the worst I have been to. The inside of the restaurant still smells like an old ashtray from the clientele that frequented it back in the days when smoking was allowed in public places. The pizza that I ordered had raw onions on it which also taste of cigarette smoke and were warm at the most, having spent very little time in the oven. The tomato pizza sauce had an over-powering taste of fennel or anise, either of which makes an awful combination in pizza (in my opinion).After dinner I asked the waitress what their specialties were, to my surprise she warned me to stay away from their smoked meat (not a good sign when...
Great experience , love the pizza , always get great service , the server are nice , polite alway smiling , love going there for take out , its fast , open late. although the decor looks old , and would need a much more needed refreshing. price are good for the region but overall it's great food.

The pizza is amazing. Quebec pizza doesn't taste the same as Ontario pizza. I used to go to Milano often as a teen, so 30 years ago. Not much has changed. So I give 5 for the pizza and 2 for the place.....it is a busy place so upgrading isn't there priority I guess.
Amazing pizza, but their poutine (if we can call that a poutine) is disgusting. The cheeze is some molten mozzarella. No cheese curbs. The gravy is bad, too. A shame for any quebec restaurant. The service was somewhat okay, so they make up for it a bit.
