Milano Pizzeria - Tisch resevieren

I was very disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order for delivery through their website and received a confirmation email. However, after 1.5 hours with no delivery, I called the restaurant to check on the estimated arrival time. The person on the phone seemed disinterested, said he thought my order was skipped, and then hung up. I waited another 30 minutes, and when the delivery driver finally arrived, he didn't have an insulated bag. There was no apology or conversation—he just handed me the food and left. Unfortunately, the food was cold as well.

I placed an online order that arrived late and cold, despite my efforts to follow up. When I called to complain, I was told that the charges would be reversed. However, as of November 27, my credit card has still not been credited. Two staff members hinted that the issue lies within the online ordering system. It would be wise for them to address this problem if they're aware of it!

We Enjoy my Milanos pizza the sauce is Amazing very flavorful full loaded very tasty very clean establishment..The Staff are number 1 helpful kind choosing the right Pizza Fully loaded very generous. Joe and Moe Owners serves every client like their own family Awesome Service and very reasonable..Worth the Drive you will be surprised

I was really disappointed. We used to love Milanos in Gananoque, but the Stittsville Special Pizza was no better than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. There was hardly any cheese or toppings. I can’t recommend it; it felt like a real waste of money. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Milano's Pizza was the very flavorful especially their sauce Amazing fully loaded.very generous. ThevStaff very helpful Top Notch Service I would rate them number 1 Excellent it's worth the Drive you will be pleasantly Surprised a REAL GEM

Pizza was ok. A disappointment because other Milano locations make a way better pizza with a good amount of toppings .This pizza did not have enough cheese, bacon or other toppings. Will not return.
