Every time we dine at Milano's Italian Cuisine, we've had a wonderful experience, but today was different. We were seated at table 16 and waited at least 15 minutes before I notified another server that no one had come to our table. During that time, two other couples were seated and had already received their drinks and salads. Finally, our server arrived, took our drink and appetizer orders, and asked if we knew what we wanted for our main courses, without offering any apologies for the wait or explanations. Very disappointed. Worst service this evening! Forgot our drinks, salad came out before our drinks- kept forgetting them, no garlic knots brought out till dinner and forgot the ranch, 1 meal brought out and was the wrong meal on the plate, neverrefilled our drinks, garlic bread never brought with 2 meals. Server spent more time talking to others otherwise not sure whatshe was doing, by the time the 3rd meal came back the 2 others in the party were almost done! I tried the Philly steak at Milano's Italian Cuisine, and it was just okay. However, everyone else in our group ordered calzones and lasagna, and those were described as impressive and substantial—both the large and small sizes! The lasagna also received great feedback. Our waitress was fantastic, always keeping our drinks full and making sure we were well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back to try the calzones from their menu!
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food, prices, and service were all fantastic! Isabella, our server, was extremely friendly and helpful. Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. The pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of favorites for our future trips up north!

We walked in around 8:50pm, and the waitress at the counter was so sweet! She informed us we were right on time for take out and gave us an amazing suggestion on what to get. The other waitress was extremely nice as well! The food is EXTRAORDINARY. Italmost brought tears to our eyes! It was savory, flavorful, and absolutely wonderful!
Mad at myself for not eating here sooner! Everything was absolutely amazing...Everything on the sampler platter was cooked perfectly...they even put 2 limes in my Corona! I'm impressed! Definitely family friendly as well! Oh and the pepper parmesansalad dressing was a freaking hit...my 4 and 2 yo ate salad!
Our waitress, Bella, was fantastic. Very thoughtful and funny. She helped with our meal selection and checked on us many times during our meal. The meal was great too, but Bella made our evening! Thanks Bella!
The garlic bread was delicious and the service was great. However, I found the main course to be just average. I can make a better version at home. I wasn't a fan of the red sauce on the eggplant parmesan.

Fries were full of grease and limp and I had to wipe grease off the outside of my sand with wrapper before getting the sandwich out. The sandwich and lemon cheese cake was awesome though.
I visited Milano's Italian Cuisine for the first time today and was truly impressed. The food was amazing, and the service was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be back!
