We arrived in town around 8 PM on a Friday night to check into our Airbnb. After settling in and looking for a place to eat, we found that almost every restaurant was closed! Luckily, we stumbled upon this one, although it was about to close in just 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly gracious and welcomed us in regardless. The beer and burgers were delicious and exactly what we needed after a long and hot day. From our family to yours, thank you for your kindness to us Ohioans!
We likely won't return to this restaurant. The food was decent, but the wait time was unacceptable. We came in with a large group early in the evening when only one other table was seated. Everyone at our table ordered burgers, so our order wasn't complicated. Despite this, we waited over an hour for our food, while several tables that arrived after us were served much sooner. This level of service is inexcusable and will drive customers away for good.
I spent some time here while my friend, whom I arrived with, met with a client. It's a charming small-town diner offering delicious homestyle food and a friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed my bowl of clam chowder and the mushroom Swiss burger. I was tempted to try some ice cream, but I didn't have enough room left for dessert. It seemed to be a popular choice, as many people popped in for ice cream while I was there.
We went on an adventure and decided to stop at this restaurant after seeing all the great reviews. We were not disappointed! The service was impeccable, the decor was beautiful, and everything was spotless, including the bathrooms. The burgers were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! The food and atmosphere are fantastic. The service is excellent as well. Additionally, it's a saloon later in the evening! The first dish I tried was the enormous chicken fried steak, and the second was a smoked Gouda burger.
The restaurant is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend it.
Please visit me every day from 3 PM to 9 PM, except for Mondays and Tuesdays when we're closed.
