I really wonder if it's really handmade ice cream.... Today in the queue to go faster, a gentleman went to pay in advance. I asked him if he was the boss and he told me yes. I asked him how is it that there is never an orange ice cream yet so known? He tells me that if it is today and that it is the favorite perfume of the boss, that I can ask to taste before. Probably the best ice creams and sorbets I ever had. I had the opportunity to chat with one of the owners and she was very keen to talk about the making of the different flavours available. So may of them. All made with natural products. Very low in sugar, you can really taste the original flavour. The fruit sorbets give you the impression to eat the fruit itself, very creamy. I can only recommend this place and don’t hesitate to drive out of Fontainebleau to have a delicious ice cream and walk around the beautiful city.
