Christmas Dinner 2023 We waited, stood in reception for quite a while before we were noticed or seated there was no one there to greet us with a smile then when we were finally acknowledged we were sat on a table outside the toilet. We were not offered a drink at all almost 20 minutes went by after we were seated we had to finally grab someone passing and ask who our server was and ask for a drink. The service wasn’t good, we didn’t know who our server was for almost 40 minutes, the food was not an enjoyable experience at all. What a well run restaurant. We were looked after by Shannon who had such a warm friendly attitude during our whole visit. Seated on time and drinks order taken and delivered in a timely fashion. Food order was taken and the food arrived at a reasonable pace so we didn't feel rushed or waiting around. The quality of the food was great as you would expect from a Steak restaurant all the meat was cooked to perfection. Sides and starters were all very tasty. Only let down was the fact that the Yellow sauce they call custard is vegan and tastes nothing like a good homemade custard, but that is a minor thing. Overall great experience and we will be going back.
8 friends met for dinner to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed. The meals were really good and those that had steaks were delighted and cooked to perfection. The burgers and lamb were equally delicious and the service from our waitress Dana was exceptional. She even remembered the repeat order for those that wanted another drink a sign of a good waitress! All of our party agreed that they would definitely return!
Excellent service. Our waiter, Shannon, was excellent! Very friendly but not overbearing and couldn’t do enough for us. The steaks were 10/10 and cooked to perfection. We come out for our first family Christmas lunch in years and we are so glad we chose here. The food was outstanding and the service was amazing, Ovi the waiter made the experience all the much better. We will be looking to book and come back next year. Great food great service
Superb festive menu, our waiter paulao was fantastic, we saw his name mentioned on here prior and when we were sat we were lucky to be served by him! Lovely meal, lovely service, we will be back after christmas
We enjoy coming here for the good food and excellent service. We could go to the Fleet one but we prefer this one for its great atmosphere. Ovi servered us and was great as usual.Definately be back soon.
