meet some friends for lunch in miller carter in harrow. on the way there I spoke to a friend and mentioned where I wanted to go and that I look forward to a good steak, to which he replied that he had been there and on his experience he had no steak there. Our first visit, 8 of us in all. The first impression was it was packed car park full to the brim. Some of our friends could not park their. We were shown to our table , yes indeed so so busy. I lost count of...the statues pictures of bulls. . The service was very very very slow. So slow in fact we had to cancel our taxi booked at 10pm as we still had not has our starter at 8.50pm . However the waitress was efficient, the calamari was delicious but a very small portion don't think it was worth £7.50. Steak , onion , was lovely but again not worth £27. I was shocked that the total bill came to £800!!!!.
We were celebrating my 70th birthday on Sunday 9th January and the food and service were excellent as usual and we left a large tip. Unfortunately the payment process did not work I had 3 pre-purchased gift vouchers. One of the vouchers were accepted but...the remaining were incorrectly not accepted (computer said no thus I had to pay the remainder of the bill. I was thus informed I would have to contact head office to resolve the issue

A group of 14 of us visited Miller and Carter last night to celebrate my Mum’s birthday, and I couldn’t commend the staff more. All so polite and patient with us, and provided perfect customer service. We are all very grateful for having such a...lovely evening, and the food was beautiful. Family meal on a Sunday evening, busy as usual, food was good, our waitress was lovely, but it felt eeeky gearing towards a grimy feel about the place, the toilets could have been better too, floors were sticky and strewn with toilet paper.
the personal could not do enough to make us happy and comfortable. so kind. very impressed and eating was delicious. I had a steak, friend had the burger. all excellent. overall beautiful experience.
amazing eating. had the steak for 2 and it tasted amazing. were all perfectly cooked and was very juicy. was a bit expensive, but would be definitiw back.
