We had our first family meal at the restaurant, having visited other Ale Houses before, but what set this one apart was our server, Haley. She shone like a bright light—so friendly and always smiling, and her attentiveness made her a true professional in every sense. The food was equally impressive. I apologize for not taking pictures of the appetizers, but the Bavarian Pretzel was enormous, and the Spinach Artichoke Dip with chips was fantastic. The Chicken Pesto Ravioli was delicious and comes highly recommended. We also enjoyed the Zinger Mountain Melt and Chicken Cajun Pasta, both of which were delightful. The people were friendly, they are very busy and the front door receptionist made a comment that sounded like he was overwhelmed inside, so we decided to sit in the outdoors area that's when he showed relief. The food took 30 minutes to be served, which is a little too much. I requested well done steak and as usual everywhere I go, I end up with medium well. (See the picture. We just moved to the area and visited this Miller's for the first time. The customer service was fantastic right from the start, and our server Nick was excellent. We discovered that they offer pitchers of Blue Long Island Iced Teas, and I highly recommend trying one! Even though the restaurant was quite busy, our appetizers and entrees arrived in a timely manner and were cooked to perfection. We typically don’t receive great service at Miller’s, but this experience was definitely an exception. I highly recommend this location!
We booked the outdoor area to celebrate a milestone birthday, the Big Five-Oh (50). Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was hot and cooked to perfection, and the salad was fresh and crisp! The bartender was on point, crafting great drinks all night long. However, our server was a bit disappointing; I can’t count how many times he checked in on us, and there were moments when we felt unnoticed. Absolutely awful! The ribs were burnt and extremely dry. I requested extra BBQ sauce, but all I got were the same burnt, dry ribs. The mac and cheese was tasteless and just as dry. When I called to complain, the manager never picked up the phone, probably because they knew I received subpar food. I will NEVER order from here again. I spent $30 on complete garbage. If I had a car, I would have taken it back to them right away.
The prime rib was tough. Completely pink, no seasoning, and not even close to medium rare. However the mashed potatoes were great, and I was worried it would be thick. Yummy au ju and very very good gravy. The gravy saved me from being mad about the prime rib. But the restaurant as a whole makes really good food and drinks. Staff are wonderful.
The wings were not coated in the sauces we ordered. They were overcooked and lacked seasoning. I ordered from here last week, and they were much better, so it seems like there was a different cook this time. I’m really disappointed, especially since we spent $79 for food for the football game. Awful!
Ordered the zinger Mac and cheese and wasnt given a sauce option...thought it would come plain zingers but they sent it with buffalo which was spicy and we dont like spicy. For the money it should have told us it would be buffalo default sauce...very disappointing. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
On the late Saturday afternoon on the terrace after work, we enjoyed a great meal. I had no wings forever. They were delicious! Super Service . . our server had a UGA (Go Dawgs! jekot that made the visit even better for us.
