Sorry to say but this was a terrible experience. We had a 6:00 PM reservation and arrived at 5:50 PM. We did not get seated until 6:35. It was 6:45 before server came to our table. We had to be out of the restaurant by 7:10 PM to make our next engagement (play at North Coast Rep). We basically had a few bites to eat and grabbed a couple of to-go boxes. I’m confident the service isn’t always this horrible. The food was great, so I’ll likely try it again. Maybe…
it was our first time and what a surprise of service, eating and the deli are fantastic. rafael took care of us and led us to a great eating and gave us a small history of the restaurant. we will be coming back
probably the most different I saw on a menu. eating was excellent - had the pastrami. I will come back later in the month with the whole family. a little playful, but worth it.
milton is never disappointed. large eating, generous portions, friendly server and old school deli vibe!
