Been meaning to leave a review of this true gem, my girlfriend and I are newer to Colorado and we both love this place. It’s a tavern so you would assume it’s mediocre bar food. False. Their food is amazing. We happened to stumble in on a Sunday, we had Chris as a server and honestly, one of the nicest, most welcoming and friendly guy we have had the pleasure to be waited on by. Went back the following Sunday and luckily Chris was there and somehow made it even better than the first time. It was slow upon arrival but after a couple hours of hanging out enjoying our Sunday, it definitely got busier, I think it was just him and a bartender cause guy was hustling and crushing it. I was shocked at how much I loved Milwaukee St Tavern. First, I only went because I didn’t want to go hang out at West Elm while my better half shopped and I assumed it was a Wisconsin bar since it was named Milwaukee St Tavern (I’m bad at knowing street names) It wasn’t a Wisconsin bar, but it was a great place. Bartenders were super nice. Wish they would’ve had Fat Tire on tap or a malty beer like an Oktoberfest, but they still had bottles of beer I enjoyed. Burger was great, steak was good. And it was very well priced for being in Cherry Creek. Finally, getting to the restroom was a bit of a maze, but they were well lit, had outdated posters and good mirrors for a selfie. Chill. Good place to pregame. Bartenders knowledgeable and helpful. Cozy and warm. Buffalo wings were mild. Nachos were dry, but was a huge serving for an appetizer. We were here from 6pm until 9pm, and no one ever played in the bowling section, nor did it get overwhelmingly crowded. Seems like a local spot. Definitely worth the four stars, didn't exceed expectations to earn that fifth star.

The beer-battered fries are absolutely amazing! The outdoor patio and front area provide a refreshing change of scenery. And the food is just fantastic.

Always great food, always great service. My favorite is Green Chili but you can not go wrong with any other menu item. Great variety and always fresh. Cocktails are great! Beer always cold.
Our experience at Milwaukee Street Tavern was enjoyable. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The building could use some updates, but overall it was worth a visit.
Awesome atmosphere and food was beyond expectations. Ty took great care of us and I recommend coming here, only place I find that serves food past 11 as well!
This is a fantastic bar located in Cherry Creek with a nice variety of beers on tap. The burgers here are amazing and definitely stand out.
