My wife and I are staying in Ardsley, and decided to try Mima 's based on the excellent reviews. Though most of the reviews were about pizza, we decided to have dinners: pasta with meat sauce and eggplant parmagiana. We started with garden salads very fresh ingredients, topped with their homemade balsamic dressing, which was wonderful. The dinners were very good too; the homemade sauces were not sweet, a common failing of many pasta sauces. I really liked the eggplant; it was baked, not fried, and much lighter than usual no thick coat of breading. The cashier didn't know what he was doing. He's pressing buttons all over the place. I ended up being overcharged. I threw my receipt out. So what's the point but I don't like money being taken away from me. Food is just okay . This is more like a high school pizza place
I had a Margherita and a veggie slice and they were both delicious, but especially the person at the counter may have been one of the nicest pizza shop workers ever. He wished an enthusiastic happy Wednesday and sometimes that's all you need to hear :

The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty, especially the pizza and empanadas! We also tried the chicken tenders with fries, which were equally delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, giving a perfect 10/10 rating.
Amazing pizza and amazing chef.The empanadas are authentic Argentinian empanadas. They also have alfajor de maicena.So grateful for this new addition to Ardsley.
Really good, thin crust pizza. Fast, friendly service. Delicious crust. Try the pizza with breaded eggplant slices and ricotta. Yum.
