I was visiting friends in Belgium and they brought me to this restaurant in Longwy. We had 8 courses over 5 hours and wine paired by Chef. The food was excellent using mainly locally sourced ingredients. I think as much as the food the experience was that of Chef attending as the waiter and discussing in detail the food and ingredients. It was super relaxed and the hours disappeared. We eventually rolled out of the restaurant very contented. There is only one sitting, so there are no other clients. We were 5 people, so it lent to the excellent social experience in this quite random choice of town in France
Simple and familiar setting with a kitchen mastered by a very friendly and attentive chef to his guests. The products are fresh and of quality, cuisine and taste are top. The room consists of 2 to 3 tables max. 2 menus are offered, one of the 4 services at 40€ and the 7 other services at 65€. Drinks are separated, but the restaurateur does not have large margins (unlike the majority of restaurants). The cook customizes his menu and a real desire to satisfy his client. A positive experience for us...
To sum up it's like home but with a chef in the kitchen. We enjoyed this somewhat unusual design of restoration. Few blankets, an intimate setting, a warm welcome and a personalized menu. The well-maintained kitchen, composed of fresh and seasonal products, reveals subtle flavours demonstrating the competence of a passionate chef and particularly attentive to the well-being of his clients. The delicate attention contributed to the celebration of the anniversary. An address to discover.

A warm welcome, a unique, personalized place, an extraordinary gustative pleasure, all made with fresh products from the house. Very nice discovery for me, with a chef who comes to create a nice mix of flavor. I suggest you test this place.
We had a very good time at Mimi Bouchon. All dishes were delicious and welcome to the top! We think the chef cooks with the heart and that's what made this moment so special. Nothing to add was perfect I recommend 1000 .
Atypical frame, exceptional cuisine, very friendly state. I highly recommend, dishes from beginning to end are a killing.
