I reached out by email several times as well as email and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to discuss the cookie order. I contacted her for minnie mouse cookies for my daughter's birthday party. I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm and attempt to pay. Her response time is Extremely slow. She finally confirms the order officially and says she will send invoice in a few days. Well she never does. I wait and wait giving her time assuming she's busy. Finally I reach out saying I still need the invoice. She read the message and never responded. Guess she changed her mind.
