If I could give none I would. Foods okay better than most but the lady at the front is extremely rude and does not greet her customers my husband and I stood waiting to be acknowledged then was asked what you want? Which is a simple house special fried rice that I always order via phone she proceeded to argue with me on dollar amounts of meat which made no sense. On top of arguing with a customer and rolling her eyes at us trying to buy dinner for our family she pulled out her menu and slammed it on the counter to again belittle us. We left never again will we order from this place rather starve.
I tried to order take out from here hoping service had gotten better but after my first canceled the order the second time I tried thinking it might of been an issue when I put in the order online, one of the employees called me with an attitude because they didn’t have chicken dumplings when I said pork was fine she continued to argue with me and persisted that I cancel the order. When I called back the employee claimed she had no idea what I was talking about u till I mentioned I remembered her voice and she got hostile and aggressive again. They just lost a customer
The food is okay but the lady behind the counter has a horrible attitude. She got upset and slammed the food on the counter telling me, “you do it yourself”,after asking her to put sauce on it, she then proceeded the grab the sauce from my hands and slam it back on the counter. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and she needs to learn how to act accordingly in a place of business. Will not be ordering food from here again.
Mimi's will forever be a favorite. I can do without the attitude and the begging from the delivery driver for more tip but the food is by far my favorite Chinese food in Baldwin at the moment. Delivery and take out I'm guaranteed to enjoy my food and a cold homemade ice tea

Been coming here for years and the counter lady has had the same BAD attitude for years! Undercooked dumplings and overcooked broccoli and had was rude when I complained and tossed the food bowl back at me like she wanted to hit me. Do not give this place any business!
Food is always amazing but way too pricey for takeout imo. Super spacious location but overall I've enjoyed coming the last few years! Parking: Very small lot to park at, sometimes have to use 7 Elevens parking space
We have ordered from them on Christmas Eve for the family … it’s been a tradition for 60 years stemmed from 4:00 Christmas Padgett at Church. Savory Inn in Freeport was the all time best!
I feel like the service has improved lately. I understand that when you are busy is hard. But I also know that a smile can make a random customer a regular customer.

I had the most terrible experience with the Chinese food at this restaurant, and the service was equally awful. I believe this establishment should be closed down.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! The staff member is extremely rude and definitely shouldn't be in charge of a business!
