I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant. Having lived in Japan for over 10 years, I can confidently say this is the best sushi I've had since returning several years ago. Although I opted for takeout, the ambiance and decor of the restaurant were impressive, featuring cozy booths with a distinctly Japanese style. I will certainly return to dine in. The service was quick as well; I received my takeout order earlier than expected.
I visited this restaurant with some friends who are also moms, and unfortunately, one of the waitresses was quite rude. We had strollers that were blocking a pathway, and her approach to addressing it could have been much more gracious. I felt embarrassed since I had recommended this place. Additionally, I've noticed that the food quality has declined over the past couple of years; it’s just not as good as it used to be.
The quality overall was great. It was fresh and well rolled. I wasn’t a big fan of the combination of ingredients used in the signature role (personal preference). Overall I would give it 4.5 ?

Best Japanese restaurant in Aurora. All are freshly made! Our favorite is the tempur boat and beef udon.
