Let me just say its extremely had to find good crispy noodels these day's, and since the best best crisp noodle joint Hop Ky' in Springvale closed some years ago, it's left quite a void in my life. Well the void has been filled now! Minh Ky offers excellent crispy noodles, with plenty of combinations and sauces on offer, and a very generous server to match the reasonable prices. This is a great little Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant tucked away in the Springvale Sth Shopping centre which is also renowned for its roasted meats. Very disappointing food. Ordered takeaway chicken congee, salt pepper chicken ribs with red rice sweet sour pork with steamed rice. Food came with nothing extra, no chili or small extra sauces as other restaurants in Springvale do. Congee was okay, have had better. Really needed ginger a slice of lemon. Chicken ribs were not good, the batter instead of being crispy light was thick and spongy with an uncooked flour taste. Red rice tasted like it was burnt days old, almost inedible. Sweet sour pork was like the Congee, okay have had better.

Be a customer here since 2017 but today is very disappointing.Take away crispy and bbq pork but the taste of crispy pork seem like already spoiled and so smelly.So decided to throw the crispy pork and only eat bbq pork.

you love the crispy pig on rice here also the best chicken omelette... the chili oil here is my fave
