The food at Ministry of Flavour is absolutely divine. We opted for the Feast menu, which primarily features vegetarian and vegan dishes, and it was incredibly delicious. We also shared a Vegetable Biryani between the two of us, which was the perfect portion. The lovely lady who served us explained all eight flavors and walked us through each dish as they arrived. Both the other server and the chef were equally delightful, making us feel very welcome and accommodated. It was quite quiet when we visited on an early Saturday evening, but I would highly recommend it. Ministry of Flavour is a true hidden gem! During our holiday in Cornwall, we were on the lookout for an authentic Indian restaurant and were excited to discover this place. The food is simply outstanding! We ordered the vegetarian thali, and each dish was filled with genuine flavors – we all enjoyed it immensely.
