We truly want Minkys to succeed so that we have a Thai restaurant this side of the bridge, but so far the meals have not been consistent. Great one day, average the next and Thai is an expensive option for take away so we would want it to be good each time. Sauces are too thin and pool straight to the bottom of your plate leaving veg and meat without flavor, needs thickening to stick to the food and give it flavour. Veggies were severely undercooked and almost raw (not a favorite with the kids). We 've had the best fried rice here, but again last batch was sub par, not a lot of flavour, I think they forgot the fish sauce and just used soy in the cooking. Had lunch here last Saturday the young girl on the counter had black leggings on and a white long shirt, she was the most loveliest waitress l have met very thoughtful , couldn’t help us enough. We ended up ordering take away for dinner, they were flat out so had to come back on pick it up.Can’t fault the food, all the flavours were wonderful, would definitely go back again when we are down that way
We waited almost 50 minutes for our meals. Unfortunately, it was the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. My wife's cashew chicken resembled honey chicken with a few cashews thrown on top, and it was dry. My friend ordered two dishes and also declared it the worst Thai food he had ever eaten. None of us finished our meals.
Absolutely delicious food… so fresh.We have eaten in and had takeaway.. both have been perfect!A big shout-out to Jana the waitress who was so lovely and looked after my Sister and I.

The dining experience is outstanding, and the takeout containers are twice the usual size. The quality of the food is excellent, and the value is exceptional.
I wouldn't give a star. it was the worst I ever had. I had nice padthai and early rolls.
