Review I ordered online via Uber Eats. I didn’t order much, just a wrap meal a starter. I ordered at 7pm and it said it would be delivered between 7.45 8.05pm. 8.30 and still no food, I tried ringing the restaurant a few times and there was no answer. I had to ring them 12 times!!!! Before I eventually got through, and then the person on the phone was very short snappy with me and not very polite. I ordered takeout from this restaurant through Just Eat and then picked it up 20 minutes later. I was pleased with the quick service, especially for a Saturday night. We ordered a vegetarian main, a chicken main, and a couple of side salads, and everything was delicious. The chicken was marinated well and the rice was particularly tasty. The portions were generous. I will definitely order from here again and might also dine in the restaurant one night. We had never tried this restaurant before and did not read reviews on TripAdvisor before ordering, or else we may have been deterred. Ordered lamb and chicken dishes that were burnt and dry. Another person in our group had falafel that were very dry and tasteless. Unfortunatly the juices didn't taste right and perhaps watered down.No social distances measures apart from random handgel in a corner. And we were overcharged for the drinks.There wasn't enough staff so food took a long time to arrive. Glad I didn't pay full price for a mediocre meal.
I ordered takeout and was very disappointed. The delivery did not include everything we ordered. The chicken wings were spoiled and had a bad smell, but the restaurant still sent them out. Dropped in here on a whim in Jan 2023. Frontage not the most enticing but I noticed turkish people in there. Starter of humus was the best I’ve had in years. Then Lamb Kofta, cooked on charcoal, delicious. All very reasonably priced. Much better than the pricey places in pontcanna.
I ordered from Uber Eats and my delivery was 30 minutes late. There was no pitta bread included, and the food arrived cold. The chicken and lamb dishes were dry. I paid £30 for one chicken shish, lamb ribs, and dolma, which was disappointing.
Ordered from here and they never even delivered our food. Called once and was fobbed off saying it was on its way. When I called back having waited an hour they just stopped answering the phone. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered a delivery, didn't come, no answer on the phone multiple times. Uber eats need to vet more places like this who take money and don't give anyone their orders. Pathetic service.
