I recently moved to putney after having lived in fulham for many years. as originally from the western midlands I am especially fussy when it comes to Indian outliers. we had one of miraj for the first time yesterday evening and it was excellent. you could say with every mouthful that you had made it with love and care from a family business. we had to start the tandoori chicken wings, which deserves a special mention. they were excellent. the rest of the food was as impressive and the spicy were on the place. it is rare to find a takeaway in sw london who has no fear of making a Madras taste like a madras! shocking bad eating and service. bajjis were old, cheerful stale and spiced under. the quality of the huh was bad, the prawn puri was the worst thing I've ever tried to completely slander. When I complained, I was taken into the grip and then the lady I spoke to. the owner/manager was extremely contested. when I told her that above, she told me that this was mine and that she won't do anything about it. she told me that they cook the two on the day before and they cool (which she thought was good, that they should be freshly roasted without doubt) and that the dishes are world famous. in the round they are con artists who do not know how to make real Indian food. I ordered my meal as a delivery. the service was great. the woman I spoke to on the phone was so knowledgeable about all the dishes and especially since I have several food allergies, it was great to feel that I was in safe hands. not to mention that she was so friendly, caring and personal! the meal came fast, delivered by the lady herself, she was beautiful. the food itself was absolutely delicious. The dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The bajjis were old, tasteless, and poorly seasoned. The quality of the huh was subpar, and the prawn puri was the worst dish I have ever tasted. When I raised my concerns, I was met with resistance from the owner/manager, who was argumentative and unhelpful. She claimed that the dishes were cooked the day before and refrigerated, which she believed was acceptable despite my preference for freshly cooked food. Overall, it seemed like the restaurant was more focused on making money rather than serving authentic Indian cuisine. I left feeling unsatisfied and would not recommend this restaurant to others. Actually I didn’t eat here or order take away In fact although I live in Putney , i haven’t noticed it before as I live the other side and have other Indian options But I had a car accident just outside and whilst I was...waiting for the recovery lorry the owner came out to see how I was and invited me in for a very nice cup of tea in the warm . Excellent customer service ! So I will definitely be ordering delivery at some point in the near future !

Speedy service, especially for the summer time madness! The delivery boy was extremely friendly and patient as I was running late getting home for my delivery. The food is absolutely delicious and if I want Indian I wont go anywhere else. Good range in terms...of spice for those who are not very good with hot foods (like myself), and more spicy alternatives available for those who prefer heat (like my partner)! Terrible experience! This resteraunt refuses to cook their food without dairy products making those who are lactose-intolerant, vegan etc unable to eat here. The staff member over the phone was rude and unhelpful. The solution is merely having an option to cook food using vegetable...oil, an extremely easy alternative.

This is probably the best Indian takeaway in Southwest London. Even after moving away, I would travel 30 minutes just to have their special chicken garlic curry. The food is always fresh and packed with flavor, and the service is equally excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
