I went there yesterday for lunch with my son. We were the first people in the burger bar at 12.20pm and ordered straight away. We ordered: 2 vegetarian mushroom burgers, a chocolate milkshake and a strong decaf flat white. I emphasised the strong for the coffee as I love the taste of strong coffee but can't have caffeine.We sat outside to wait for the lunch in the cold and wind to get away from the football that was blaring through the speakers. However, when we went outside the speakers were straight over our heads and it was driving us nuts. Arrived with 12 family members on a Sunday afternoon. Only one staff member as junior was on a break. Until she returned, this amazing worker received our ( complicated) orders and began preparation.We played the provided cards and board games available whilst waiting. Between the two of them, they served our burgers and chips to all patrons at once! Drinks came out shortly afterwards. So friendly as well. Under pressure serving other customers as well.The burgers were fresh, massive and very tasty. The chips were hot, crisp and not at all oily. After having an awesome afternoon of dancing to the live band 'Billy Higginson&the Pale Moon Rider's @the Sth Freo FC, WA Perth, 1.30-5pm, I then went on to a nice quaint little Gourmet Burger Cafe @400 Sth Tce in Freo towards Sth Beach, which is another one of my favourite hang out spots!..... Anyway after using a pre-paid $11 Groupon discount voucher for a very yummy grilled chicken burger, a nice serving of soft crunchy chips and an even tastier thick banana milk shake to wash it down with, all to the value of $22, I'll definitely be back here for another yummy feast! after another afternoon of some more awesome dancing of course! I used a $14 Ribs and Chips Groupon voucher at Missy Moo's recently and whilst the surroundings aren't anything to write home about at all, the ribs certainly made up for that.The serving was massive (could almost do for 2 people), the ribs were very tender and really tasty whilst the chips were nice and crisp. My only criticism of the food was the salt on the chips, customers should be asked if they want salt or not.That deal was great value and I wouldn't hesitate to eat again at Missy Moo's if I was close by in the future. the burgers and chips were actually pretty nice but I had to use the toilet and I wish I hadn't - it put me off the whole experience and I feel that this place is a late night drop off after a few drinks - only then would you not care about the state of the facilities. I could not stop looking for foreign objects in my meal after I visited the toilet which is such a shame. The service was good and the guy was lovely but the serious lack of cleanliness really put me off my food. Other half enjoyed his meal.
Have tried plenty of burgers, and Missy Moo's sits firmly amongst the middle of the pack, not really offering anything outstanding to set it apart from the plethora of burger establishments around these days. Poor fella was working on his own when we visited, and was well under the pump. The place looked dirty and run down, and the pricing was pretty hefty for what you get. Nothing really here to recommend it being a must try, do some research to find far better burger joints in Perth
Ordered through uber eats. Was nice enough, it didn't blow my mind. I would love for them to re think their onion ring recipe. The bread crumbs soak up so much of the oil from the fryer. I would prefer a beer batter. The sweet potatoes fries had waaaay too much salt we threw them out.
Very basic, poor quality ingredients and incredibly over priced.... 6.50 dollars for a handful of chips.... also for this we had to wait quite a while and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Definitely will not go back and would not recommend it to travelers nor locals. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Love the burgers here! Love the location Love the creative burger ideas and that they aren't trying to be super fancy it really is a nice contrast to a lot of places that are trying to be so 'up market' . I bring new people here all the time!
