We went on Saturday 09/23 for our 20 year anniversary dinner. What a mistake this was. The waiter told us he had 24 years of experience at the restaurant. I dreaded him from the moment we sat down. We wanted a nice bottle of red asked if the restaurant had a Somali as he was giving us attitude zero knowledge of wine. Not long after we placed our order appetisers and main. He asked if we wanted the chocolate soufflé. Our 12 yr old is a chocolate addict so we knew this would take at least 20-30 minutes so we placed the order early on. Food was delish, especially the French Onion Soup, OMG. The chocolate soufflé was spectacular too! We chose to dine inside after reading some of the reviews, and loved the ambiance. The cherry on top was the staff, so courteous, personable and professional. Would whole heartedly recommend this restaurant!

Mistral is an amazing gem in Sherman Oaks. Raul and Henri have created and maintained the perfect upscale neighborhood bistro.... delicious food, warm, professional staff...plus I love the continued option of the large outdoor patio
