We’ve always enjoyed our visits to Mix Rooftop At Sift, thanks to the delicious food, attentive service, stunning views, and comfortable atmosphere. However, we noticed a change in the payment method recently. When we asked for the check, the waitress presented a handheld device with the total and immediately asked for card or cash payment. We were left waiting and unsure if the amount was correct or what tip to leave, as there was no option to review a paper check. This added unnecessary stress to an otherwise wonderful evening. It would be great if Mix Rooftop At Sift could ask guests if they prefer a traditional paper check when presenting the bill. Thank you. Also, the menu remains excel...
We recently hosted a private brunch event at Mix, and it was an excellent experience. The event coordinator, Jessica, took care of every detail with great attention and even introduced us to a wonderful local florist, Genevieve. The food was fantastic, offering a diverse range of options. We started with a selection of their famous pastries, followed by plated salads, chilled soups, and an assortment of passed small bites paired with drinks. The servers were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall positive atmosphere. We feel grateful to have such a unique venue and a talented chef, Adam Young, in our community!
When it’s 90 degrees outside at a rooftop restaurant and you ask for a shaded table (most of which were unoccupied), it’s disappointing when the hostess denies your request, only to seat another couple in the shade immediately afterward. The restaurant was mostly empty, and remained so when we left. They definitely could have accommodated us in the shade. On a positive note, the bartenders were excellent. Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short due to the heat. This experience will likely deter us from returning, especially on hot days. I’d recommend it to a friend, but with some reservations.
Visited Mix Rooftop At Sift for a fantastic Memorial Day weekend dinner! The deck was bustling, but the staff remained incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I love the cocktails, and the menu offers delicious food. The overall vibe is amazing and always makes me feel like I’m on vacation!

Have been to Mix many times and always has been great however last night it missed the mark the service was very slow, ordered glass of wine never came, 45 minutes for Bao buns. Will return but was disappointed.
We had a great happy hour in the mix! They even took us when we asked for another table! The drinks are great and our server was excellent.
Love this spot!!! The food is good and so are the drinks. The price is alittle high but overall fantastic. The service is great!!!
Amazing view, cool vibe, delicious apps and cocktails. Service was a little slow, took a long time to get our drinks.
