I used to go to this place all of the time years ago. I stopped going because it started to feel like it was losing its soul. Fast forward to 2022, I have revised this place and I was impressed all over again. The servers were very kind and hospitable. The food......... I will say as a person who has traveled to a few Latin American countries, this food is very authentic. Yes it's on the pricey side, but that goes along with the neighborhood. I wouldn't go all of the time, but it's definitely worth the visit. I would highly recommend this place for excellent Latin cuisine!
This is my second time dining at Mixto, and it’s an outstanding restaurant. Our server, Chris, provided exceptional service, making the experience truly authentic. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between lively party vibes and a nice dining setting. Both the drinks and food were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place—10/10!
I love Mixto! We have been coming here for years! It the perfect place Come when the weather breaks from winter and spring arrives. The windows are open To the street, Latin music plays in the background as you sip delicious cocktails! The food is to die for! You cannot go wrong with what you select!
I visited this restaurant during restaurant week, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! The portion sizes were also quite generous. I would definitely recommend it, although it is on the pricier side outside of restaurant week. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Our waiter was very entertaining and had us laughing. Food was good only complaint would be that we ordered the steak medium well and it was very pink. Gratuity is added to the check so make sure you don’t tip again unless you want to.
Great food and service! We ordered Paella Valenciana and Plato Mixto, both were delicious. The service was excellent, Christian was attentive and answered all of our menu questions. Will definitely visit again!
Excellent service, the bartender is incredible, his attention is very good, the drinks are excellent Jorge is very good at making the drinks you ask for recommended
The flavors were vibrant, and I especially enjoyed the empanadas. There was a slight delay in service, but the lively atmosphere more than made up for it.

Food was fantastic, and service by Cristian was also excellent. Really enjoyed the passion fruit mojito, empanadas and mango tilapia!
Great food great drinks !! Get the mango mojito pitcher it’s worth It !! Also the maduro sweet plantain to die for !
