If there were more customers, the food is actually really tasty... but when not enough people the food gets left out and gets dried out The sushi and sashimi was cold and kept cold. Some buffet the sashimi is warm/ turned bad, but it wasn 't the case here. It 's a lot smaller here than I remembered, especially compared to Feast... it 's dark and small here. I would recommend this business If don 't care about serve and the behavior of some employees..(Really) anyway We had a Family dining out to my surprise (We should have stayed end) $190 with tip wasn 't worth it!! The Decor hasn 't changed 18 plus year and the menu neither but the staff has? I noticed several deficiencies (1) No-one brought Our table water/silver but they do clean up your table (2) Very salty Marker between Pen Snow crab..then the server very very uninterested in refilling/Snow crab container until He was ready (3) but my worse seeing a server replaced noodles inside container that kids was playing around with..Would I go back smile..Wish in one hand and Sh..in the other see...
They surprised us by singing "Happy Birthday" while we were being served dinner, which was absolutely charming! Our chef was both funny and very engaging. The highlight of the evening, though, was when the lights were dimmed towards the end of our meal, and they brought out a speaker with disco lights playing a festive "Happy Birthday to ya." It was truly amazing — I felt like a VIP, which is a rare experience. Most of our guests were first-time visitors to Mizu, and they were very impressed. The food was delicious, and they were incredibly accommodating to one guest with a seafood allergy. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!
Terrible. Do not go unless getting sushi. Lovely interior unfortunately not matched by the quality of the food. Contrary to some reviews, the front of the house staff were friendly. The back of the house staff were kind of standing around, on their phones, and such, which was offputting, esp if you read on: There is a note to only take as much as you can eat in order to save money on the ingredients. I get that. However, a good buffet is not good unless there is a quick turnaround on the dishes. Everything here had sat for AWHILE when we arrived. Very unappetizing. I had a wonderful experience and the food was very good. The service was attentive and friendly. Nice clean environment with a great selection of items. Seafood was fresh. People that understand the buffet concept and know the complexity of mass food production will appreciate this place. My rating is based on the comparison of other buffets, service, food quality, and cleanliness. Hope this helps someone!
Yuck. Terrible. I had not been in since before COVID and wow, it is not the palatial Buffet I remember. The ambience is quite meh. Service is very meh. They seat you and bring you your drink. The staff does not look thrilled to be there 3/4 of the hot food I chose was room temperature or cold There was no way I was going for the sushi although it looked alright. Almost fifty bucks too. God awful. Avoid.
Service is actually really quick at clearing your table. Food is decent, not the best and not worth the money if you ask me. I think it's really cool that they offer such a large variety. I think the best thing they offered was the sausage at the cutting station. Sushi is ok I wish there was less variety and higher quality The pork belly skin is so hard it's unchewable for me
I absolutely love the front desk staff! She is very knowledgeable about my community and always makes sure we have our traditional food for cultural events. Additionally, they are incredibly kind and always ensure that we are comfortable and well taken care of. They have a great sense of humor and often joke with us. It’s truly fantastic!
