09.15.24 Traveled back to that side of town again and had my beloved Ahi Tower again. Was just as delicious as I recalled. Service was great as usual, and it was good to be back in my old stomping grounds with an old friend. MK is a favorite of mine, and it shows because I now live 50 miles away, and still go there when I'm on that side of town. Tonight I deviated from my favorite the ahi tower to try the mango blossom, as it had caught my eye the last time I went. As much as I would love to say it was delicious, it was only okay for me. The food looked good, but the sushi/rolls just didn't feel very fresh. Everything tasted a bit tired. The prices were a bit high for that kind of quality. Service was good. Atmosphere was on par for the price point, though the place looked somewhat empty. The location is very central and easily accessible.
Great atmosphere. The wait staff is polite. The bartender Junnee is awesome. Food on point and delicious.
